AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been with Geico for over 1 year. Although I've never had an accident to report, I've added vehicles, policy holders, and moved between states during my time with Geico. I always call instead of making changes online because they have short wait times and the customer service agents are so friendly and helpful. The policy rates are reasonable as well.
I have had numerous different insurance companies in the past, and I was told by my brother Brian to try Geico, It was the Best choice I could of made. They are amazing.... I'm so happy with their prompt service AND THE LOW PRICES BEAT EVERYONE ELSE....
Received a call from (608)242-9322. A woman claimed she was following up a request for a GEICO insurance quote. I said that I already had GEICO auto insurance (and have had it for about 17 years), and I asked if this was an opportunity to reduce my current rates, since my policy will renew in September. She said no, we don't handle that.
What a joke! Takes your social security number then tells you after he can"t insure your house. What a scammer, Im sure he will be a real help when you have a claim. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
It is clear that I was called at random. I never requested a quote. This is called "telemarketing", and I am on the "do not call" list to prevent these calls. I will definitely report this as a "do not call" complaint, and to GEICO.
Geico has been very helpful in teaching me about my options with a recent car accident I experienced. I was hit by a driver that has American Family Insurance and I have received the WORST service imaginable from them. Really showed me the difference you in customer service that you can expect from these companies.
