This is the second time that I had service here and have been happy both times. The tech found the issue (bad power source) and had one in stock. My mac was running slow and they were able to guide me through the process of speeding it up. They could have charged me for the extra service but were kind enough to let this one pass. Great place to go!

Looking for a specific connector - called number - no answer - just loop of automated voice. Very annoying! Taking my business elsewhere.
Called the store to find out if they had a cable adapter to connect my Macbook air to a data projector. Could not get a real person on the phone. Went through a lengthy phone tree, finally got to the accessories button and then was told to look online or come in. I'll be on the west-side of Madison tomorrow, so I might as well just go to the Apple store.
I have dropped in twice and gotten wonderful advice immediately. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
