Service was nice, hookah did not smoke well. upon request the waiter tried but complain that it is meant to be that way.

I made a reservation for a big hookah party for friday night around midnight because that is what their website asks you do. I asked if it were okay that we were an 18+ party and the lady said that it would be perfectly fine. We proceeded to get an uber to go relax and spend my birthday at the hookah lounge, but when we got there we were denied service because 1) there was no room. 2) there was apparently no reservations. 3) they didn't serve 18+ after 10pm even though the lady said it would be perfectly fine. Definitely not a good way to end my birthday and definitely a huge mood killer. Not sure I will visit them anymore.
I really liked the atmosphere at this place. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I tried my first hooka and it was great! The host they had for karaoke (That night) could use a little work. He was friendly and all, but the singing was drowning out the music/beat. He didn't seem to want to adjust for different voice types. There are other people that host karaoke so maybe we didn't get a good one. All and all an awesome place to kick back. I would recommend it.
Oh, and their website is virus infested. Don't go there.
Good food, if a bit pricey. Hookah and kareoke on the regular make this a fun place to have an evening out.

Customer service was stellar. Food middle of the road. Hookah didn't smoke well. Some nights they have belly dancers. Four stars for those nights. Three stars the rest of the time.
