Called 8 times over the last 3 hour's haven't even talked to anyone in the store... Phone just keeps ringing and disconnects.
Phone calls go unanswered, no way to leave messages.
You expect to be able to talk to a person because you know... there's A STORE WITH EMPLOYEES STANDING NEXT TO PHONES!.. or at least a central operator... but no, asking for that went to Human Resources' voice-mail.
Call the phone number and COULD NOT talk to a person. When you select a department to reach, if no one picks up, the system ends the call. I called 4 times asking for different departments and basically got hung up on each time.
I called for 3 days.....phone just rang then disconnected. I finally called the East Towne store and someone actually picked up. I had a question on boys clothing....if husky sizes were sold only on line or also in the store. I was told only on line. Would be great if this was noted on the website.
So, I ordered 2 pairs of husky boys pants for my grandson on-line. Ordered on Monday and received the emails along the way and I picked up the pants on Wednesday at the West Towne store. What a dreary, unfriendly, sloppy store! I realize renovations are being done, but that doesn't mean the employees have to act like they don't see or can't even greet a customer. I wasn't sure where the kiosk was to scan my "code" for my on-line pick up. When I finally found someone to ask, I was pointed to where I could find the kiosk....not spoken to...just pointed. Really?! I'm just happy the pants fit my grandson. I will not shop in that store EVER.
Left without purchasing and took our business elsewhere, this location is understaffed and wholly unhelpful, wasted our time coming to this store.
Visited the store shopping for a new dishwasher, the appliance dept only had one salesperson, who was occupied. We browsed for over a half hour until a salesperson from another department greeted us, and was unhelpful answering questions, just stating "I don't work in this department".
Like the others, I tried calling several times with no luck. I just wanted to ask if they still accept returns from Lands End (bought online). I tried both the Janesville and Madison stores. No one ever picked up the phone. It would ring forever and then end the call. It never mattered what option I selected. Waste of time and super frustrating!
