So so rude and unhelpful with the rediculous menu.. will never go again.
Excellent food. Fast service! Usually get lunch to go. Now theres delivery. Good option to save time.
The man working Tues 10/10/17 @ 9:30 am made an unnecessary remark! Very rude. Will not be returning. Bad customer service. I ordered a pumpkin muffin & tea. He went over by muffins & said something. I can't hear well. Put my tray over the cash register & sat on top of basket full of cookies. I pd, took tray & went for tea. Noticed didn't have a pumpkin muffin. Went back & told him. He said he asked me. I said I can't hear well. He gave me the pumpkin muffin & made the comment " why didn't you tell me when I gave it to you" Just rude. Guess he asked if I wanted a pumpkin muffie. WTH is a muffie?? Why did he ask what I wanted when I already told him. Could he not hear? Why didn't he set the tray on the counter where I may have noticed before walking away. What was the point of setting my tray on top of a basket full of cookies for sale? Just a rude man that shouldn't be dealing with people if he doesn't know how to treat them. Won't go back there.
Repeatedly misses things from our orders when we do Rapid Pickup. Even going so far as to adamantly insist the order is complete, but when we get home items are missing. VERY FRUSTRATING.
Always a pleasant place. The people there are always very friendly. I go there any chance I get.
