Great choices of pastries all made fresh and with great ingredients. Friendly staff and atmosphere. My experience has always been very positive there. Delicious choice!!
Excellent food if you are getting bakery or takeout. The dining area looks like an institution to me, with uncomfortable and cramped seating. Most the staff seemed unfriendly and I had to watch my food when I was almost done to guard from premature and overzealous bussers.
Great space and atmosphere! Got the vegetarian eggs Benedict, which was on an insanely thick piece of sourdough bread. Got a workout just trying to cut through the crust but it was worth it. Delicious!
I'd love to give them 5 stars, but I have definitely felt less than loved a time or two for asking questions that to me didn't seem to be stupid questions. I've just needed clarification on menu items before and was responded to like "how does this person not know the answer to this question". I also wish they had a little more space, but that's not their fault. Generally some of the better food you can get in Madison. Lots of attention to quality!
