It's SHRM affiliated, offers Six Sigma Belt testing and you can dual your degrees which means you can earn your degree faster. Great option for those who are non-traditional students.

After watching your ad on tv this morning it came to my attention of your discrimination. I am a mom of two young boys. If one of my boys stated, “an education is important, especially for men” it would be unacceptable to air, and unacceptable for him to segregate like that. If equality is part of your school, you should not be airing a woman saying her education is especially important because she is a woman. This is 2017, it has been established that women have equal rights. Stop separating people due to their gender. Equal rights have been established and there are laws in place if ANY company fails to be equal. You are a college, you shouldn't let someone imply they are more important because of their gender. I realize nothing is actually equal. Nothing is actually free. Some people get things handed to them and others don't. Nothing has been handed to me or my children. Nor do we want it handed to us. A true american works for their money and understands the situation they are in and doesn't whine. if they want change they work harder, plan and pray. Stop segregating. Women are just as equal as men. MEN are just as equal as women. Goes both ways when you talk about equality right? if not, then your not being equal.

A horrible place. They updated the code of conduct several times during my attendance there to prohibit testing out of classes and going to the bathroom without asking. I had a negative experience with a one-year Dean, the teacher Jo Cann, a guidance counselor dope, the crabby financial aid officer, and an obese classmate. Considering the loans you get and how difficult it is to graduate, you're better off doing enrichment courses at a real college until you can get into a real university. This university is like the 90's movie Office Space.

I was in and out of school in two years! You take the same classes every semester with the same people in your field of study. So you can make friends easily! Plus the staff and teachers are great!! They are always willing to help...even if they don't teach that class! As for being one building...you got everything you need under one roof! It's the total opposite of a 'crap hole'

Office Space: The University is a really dull place. All the slogans and the sap get really old really fast. I would definitely ask to sit in a class before signing anything or walking away. If Jo Cann still works here, steer clear of this place - he is a really messed up teacher. The class size is 8 people typically (in the computer program). The jobs they steer you towards AT FIRST is answering phones. There is a culture of tattling and checking up, following the chain of command, and nipping ideas in the bud. The nursing program seems more promising, that being said, they would still have to take orientation classes online with people from the IT program and people in Louisiana. Everything I ever encountered except for an Art History class just made me go 'huh?' since I don't see the bearing that learning Herzing slogans online has to do with real learning. Monumental waste of time and money, even though I skipped a class by testing out of it.

I got my Associated Degree in Medical Assistant from Herzing. It was the online program. Teachers where really nice and helpful, Herzing staff was very nice and the communication was easy because they always responded you within a day. I had no problem with any class except one called proctor Preparation and the final class which was my externship. I had to take that class twice because they couldn't find me a proctor in any clinic near me, and for my externship class (which was the same instructor as the proctor prep class) she didn't find me a hospital or clinic to do my externship so she send me 2 hours away to a clinic that didn't help me at all, I had to drive back and forth everyday. To everyone who is considering taking a online program in the medical field DO NOT do it this way. Its not the same and you don't learn the same way as if you go to the campus and actually do labs. Waste of time and money. Also is very hard to find a job once you graduate because Herzing doesn't have a good reputation in our clinics/hospitals. I didn't know that until i went to a interview at a clinic and they told me.
