Been going here for years and have always had a good experience. They have a great selection and their staff are helpful and nice. They even allow you to bring a cat tree or fountain back if your cat doesn't like it!
Friendly staff and shop cats welcome you when you arrive. My dog and I visit at least every month to buy her food (and homemade treats). Shop Local!
Mad Cat is a cool shop to visit and has lots of supplies and a very friendly staff! I came in looking for a water fountain for my cats and the staff was very helpful and had some excellent recommendations.
One of my favorite companies in Madison. I've been to all three locations multiple times over the years, and they always have what I'm looking for. The staff is always super friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I honestly trust some of the staff more on cat health advice/suggestions that vets I've seen in the past (my current vet is great, but I had a not-so-great one in the past). The selection at Madcat is phenomenal. They carry all of the best brands of food out there, as well as a great selection of toys. When I found out that "Taco Cat Creations", the local company that makes those really cool cat bow ties and cat nip supplies, was started by a Madcat staff person, it made me love you all even more. I've met all 3 owners over the years too as they work between locations and always seem to be on top of things. I feel like I could write a short story about how awesome this company is, so I'll stop here to not bore anyone reading this. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for everything you do!
