Extremely clean, brand-new storage facility on a really nice side of town. The owner went above and beyond my expectations as far as meeting me at my convenience and working with me for the time I needed to store various items. I would definitely recommend this facility, and will use it again if I am in a position of needing storage again! Five stars!
However, I was most impressed with Jeff. He communicates well and very obviously cares about his customers and the facility. He was also easy to get in contact with and was accommodating of my uncertain storage needs. Most importantly, I just felt good about doing business with him for the entire duration of my rental, and I can't say that about many other experiences. Simply excellent.
A pain to get to with all the construction and traffic in the Verona Rd area. Also, I had WATER DAMAGE in my unit from two heavy rainfalls. My unit was near the center of the complex (#30) and the concrete was pitched towards the center, allowing for pooling of water and complete flooding in my unit. Please please get renters insurance if you plan to rent here! Other than the damage of my personal belongings, was well kept and secure with prompt service.
Had a great experience renting a 5x10 unit to store my bike for the winter. The storage units provided convenient 24 hour access, were very clean and very well lit late at night. The price was one of the cheapest around and I had no worries that my bike was going to be secure and locked at the location. Overall Extremely satisfied with the storage units, the price and the service provided by Jeff. 10/10 would reccommend!
I needed about two months of storage for my personal belongings while I was between apartments. The units were clean and dry, the area was well-lit at night, and secure gated access to the entire area made me feel more comfortable while unloading, storing, and loading back up my entire apartment. Payment was online and easy.

This was our first time renting a storage unit so we don't have good comparatives. However, this was such a great experience. Using the online tool was fast and easy and the emailed reminders were timely. Jeff, the manager, goes above and beyond and walked me through everything I needed to know. The units were very clean and very secure. Most importantly we could choose our own code for the gate which made it so easy for multiple people in our family to get to and leave from the storage locker with ease.
