I am still surprised every day that Ann Klapper made it middle management and hasn't lost her job due to incompetence. I can't wait to see the day when she has a box full of her belongings and is walked out the door. The staff and I will be celebrating the fact that we will no longer have to deal with her bi-polar bullshit any longer.
