Visited this location for the first time today and I can't say enough about the customer service!! They were amazing!!! Helped entertain my baby while I waited for a fitting room. It took a lot of stress off me! Love this store!!

I've never shopped at Torrid before and will definitely be returning! The staff were incredibly helpful, fun, and knowledgeable about their products. We didn't realize we'd stayed past closing on a Sunday and they were super nice about it--they even cooed with our baby! It's rare to get such good service in a mall, so thanks for that, guys! The products were also world-changing--finally, clothes that are comfortable and flattering for my size 14 self!
I've always had a great experience at this store. Friendly, helpful staff (without being overbearing), clean and neat facility, well stocked merchandise, and ample sized dressing rooms. I am a huge fan of the brand and was before this particular location opened. The clothes are fashionable and trendy with a cut and quality designed for my size and shape. Almost my entire wardrobe is from Torrid.
I can't say enough good things about the clothing. The fabrics and cut are thoughtful for the size clothing that they are making. I fall into the 'plus size after kids' category, so having supportive and experienced staff was very helpful to me in finding clothing. The accessories are very nicely priced and you can go in and have an outfit from head to toe that is made with YOU in mind. Love it! I would say the price is comparable to the quality stuff at other mall stores, but the accessories were lower cost, which loved.
