Plenty of options. Helpful salesperson. Very organized. Some shoes are not even visible. I don't know why they keep good shoes at such heights.
The service was terrible. The sales assistant kept on bringing me different size than requested without telling me that they were out of my size. They didn't have my size so had to order it online. I asked it to be mailed to me directly and the sales assistant insisted that i didn't need my APT number in the package. I asked him twice. The package got delayed because they had no apartment number!!!
Store manager, woman working on 11/16/17, has absolutely no customer service skills. Tried to return a defective purchase and she rudely refused. Called the corporate office spoke to customer service and the corporate policy is 90 day warranty on defective merchandise. I explained this policy to her. She became embarrassed, combative and further dug her heels and her non existent policy. Instead of making this right for a loyal customer exercising using the correct corporate policy, we're now dealing with a district manager. She's the face of your store, representing your brand. What a shame
