They really pack the subs. They have the largest selection of toppings of any place I've been to. You fill your order out on a card type system. So you can customize your sub before you order. Just hand them the filled out card and pay. This way you're not standing their awkwardly like at subway or quedoba while you make your choices. Their subs are super heavy and solid. Their which which special had 5 meats and 3 cheeses. I'm a vegetarian, and this is the only place that makes a good non-meat sandwich. They have so many options and it's actually full.
