First experience was definitely just okay. Temperature in the building was so cold almost everyone had their jacket on. The food was definitely good but the service was lacking. Our entrees which were simple to 45 minutes to come out. The manager stepped in and gave us free dessert which was appreciate it but overall the experience was not what we hoped.
The service was poor handed us off to another waitress for her apparent lack of knowledge of the menu.
Service was good but not excellent like some other chain restaurants. Overall a pleasant visit and would come back again
The food was warm not hot and for the amount of money you're paying, there should be a lot more quality and bang for your buck than a plate that was obviously thrown together by some incompetent hourly!
I would probably give my visits here a 3.5 average. It’s hit or miss when it comes to service but overall I’ve had very friendly servers, some just seem rushed if it is busier. The portion sizes are enough to fill me up and I am a fan of their dishes with the Jack Daniels sauce! I think their drinks are a bit overpriced for what you get, even on special, but overall find their food to be decently priced. One of my pet peeves is that not every server communicates the up-charges (for example, one server recommended adding a flavor to a Long Island Iced Tea but didn’t say it would cost extra). I had an okay cup of French Onion soup (too chunky on the bread and not heavy enough on the onions for me) & I enjoyed the Jack Daniels Chicken. Since I signed up for the rewards program the dessert was free (which I wouldn’t have purchased otherwise; it was good but not great). The food is good and it makes for an easy dinner out!
Attention to detail, communication and a pleasant attitude goes along way people, after all, it's ALL about customer service!
While the "12.99 full rack of ribs" is the same length as a full rack of ribs the width of rack (length of the bones is maybe 4" at best) and thickness of the meat were disappointing. Normally a full rack leaves me full or with leftovers, this "full rack" was easily eaten and with room for dessert. If I would've paid $20 for that "full rack" this would be a one star review so the price is about on point for the meat you get. The meat was good but there wasn't much of it on the bone. Similar to what you would expect from an Applebees or Chili's for ribs though, not up to Texas Roadhouse standards. Dessert was good average to small in size nothing huge.
Hey guys. My first meal in USA was at @officialtgifridays on Thanksgiving Day! Yessss i love their Jack Daniel Ribs and they happened to have this new menu “Bucket of Bones”. It also includes Buffalo Wings and French Fries.
Their JD ribs are awesome as always. Super tender and juicy with that sweet delicious JD sauce! Their wings are surprisingly good and tasty. Love it.
Our service wasn't horrible as other reviewers made it seem though it did seem a bit rushed to get us out so they could get another table.
