It's easy to get to parking ramp with east access to the Capital Square
Easy to get in confusing to get out. There should be a 2 hr parking instead of 1 hr.
Close to state street and the capital. Really reasonable rates. Watch out it can be really full when there are events at the overture center.
Madison's parking ramps are odd. Two way traffic and non slanted slots. Could be a lot better
Why am I reviewing a parking ramp? This is a parking ramp, sometimes it is expensive. The entrances/exits are on a less busy side street? That is all I got? Well, I do have a story, one night after a night out drinking (I was the DD, don't worry) I saw a rather portly gentleman stumbling around, he seemed perturbed that they were doing some construction on the lower floor, and he was unable to walk through the center divider section of the parking ramp to access the street on the other side. I could hear him mumbling angrily from the other side of the paper construction barrier that was erected to stop people and cars from crossing sides. After a bit more mumbling the man tumbled shockmaster style (google shockmaster) through the paper wall divider, tearing a hole in the thing. The man grumbled, and collected himself and continued on walking through the ramp. That is Madison for you.
