Fairly easy to get in and out of for it being so close to the Capitol building.
Open 24/7 and allows parking for a couple days in a row.
Great location. Very close to the Library Mall. Sunday $8 for the day. Not bad for a city that is well known for not having adequate parking.
This ramp is connected with a couple pass through bridges.
