I was very disappointed with our visit to this clinic. It was a waste of time. I spent an hour waiting in the office with my fussy baby, only to be told he couldn't received the service he had come for that day. Of course, we were still billed for seeing the doctor. It seems the staff could have notified me prior to my arrival that they wouldn't be able to help us that day. Better communication would go a long way in situations like ours.
I have only seen Dr. Puchalsky, but he is a great Dr. You will not go wrong with him. He is a dermatologist, and he really knows his stuff. His staff is also good (very friendly here.) And the thing I like the most is you never have to wait. They get you back quick, and the doc comes in the room quick. You realize they value your time as much as there's.
