Second, they are honest. They don't pad their invoices. Several times, I have left with my problem solved and a bill of less than $100. Once it was only $35! I've literally never had that happen at any other mechanic I've taken my car to. When the problem is not urgent, they tell me so.
This was the first time I've used a different mechanic than my normal one because I was out of town when my car broke down. The people there were so friendly and helped me understand everything that was going on. They also don't hide any charges on you. They put everything in all at once and tell you the final price without you having to worry about hidden fees. And they will explain the pricing if you just ask. The reason for four stars instead of five is because my hometown mechanic is cheaper but other than that I highly recommend this place.
I had a very good experience with them diagnosing and fixing a problem with my engine. The mechanic, John, called to discuss the problem with me and patiently answered all of my questions about the repair for a good 15 minutes before he went ahead with it. It was also unique for a repair shop to offer to text you with updates about your repair. I will definitely come back the next time I have car trouble.
If I could give Care Care Clinic six stars, I would! First of all, they do great work at a reasonable cost. I have had my car in here at least half a dozen times for various issues. Each time they have found the problem quickly, let me know exactly how much it would cost to fix, and then done the job competently.
Third, they are always friendly and courteous. It is always a pleasure to give them my business. I highly recommend this shop!

I took my car there for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! I've always been apprehensive about taking my car anywhere - This is one of the few places I felt like I wasn't talked down to or made to feel like I had no idea what I was going on when I asked questions. They were so polite and even left a neat reusable bag in my car! Sweet! My mom had recommended them so I gave them a try and definitely will be back. Also, bonus points that they are located super close to the UW, so I was able to drop my car off, walk to work, and walk back and pick it up after.
