The A Team office staff (and Chad) were in frequent touch with us as to the start date (which ended up being moved up, not delayed). As promised, the entire roof was completed in a single day, despite the extra time needed to deal with not only the siding/flashing issue on the porch roof, but also further complications that came up relating to the porch roof decking and underside decorative celling. Aaron (who personally supervised the overall job and did the detailed custom work on the porch) met with us to discuss options and costs to address that issue. He came up with a lasting and economical approach that maintained the decorative porch ceiling.
We called A team (after unsuccessful attempts with two other companies) to address a roof leak on the attached porch, due to lack of flashing, when the porch was added on to the house. (One company told us this could not be fixed without replacing the entire siding with vinyl). A Team very promptly scheduled Chad to evaluate the issue. He was prompt, thorough, communicative, practical and very competent in analyzing that issue. He also noted some other areas of the roof needing work. But, he also suggested that before deciding on any of the work, we contact our insurance adjuster to assess some apparent hail damage (from last years' storm). We did. That resulted (the same day) in approval of an entire replacement of the roof, gutters and downspouts.
Chad returned, at our request, to be present for the insurance adjuster's inspection, and met with us and the adjuster to discuss options and plans for the project. He was very helpful and constructive in that discussion too. The detailed work plan was approved and the insurance deposit check was issued at the end of that meeting. Soon after, Chad met with us to help pick out the new shingle and gutter/downspout colors, and start the scheduling.
Evaluation, Project Planning and Ongoing Communication
I hired, A Team to do some venting work in my house, they were excellent! Very professional and even worked with my crazy schedule to get the work done. Would recommend this company to anyone and will hire again.
Finally, the A Team is assisting in a detailed explanation and documentation (requested by our insurance adjuster) of the above described added work and materials, that may bring a substantial portion of these additional costs within insurance coverage. Even it does not, it is clear to us that Aaron came up with a cost effective correction of a problem that could be discovered only in the process of the re-roofing.
Excellence, in all phases and aspects of the project, is the approach and standard that the A-Team exhibited from the outset, and consistently maintained, from evaluation through project completion, and follow up.

Conclusion
The A team roofers worked efficiently, and neatly, avoiding damage to shrubs and plants, minimizing clutter and doing a great job on clean up. The gutters and downspouts were similarly completed the next day.
We would highly recommend the A-Team. After giving up hope on a very unique home repair, they gave us an excellent quote and stood by it, even though it ended up taking more time than estimated. The work done was beautiful. They not only fixed the outside of the home, but inside as well. This involved masonry, carpentry and roofing.They were conscientious workers, took off their shoes without being asked when entering the home. They even went the extra mile to meet the family dog. It was refreshing being treated so well, by their whole team, from the estimator to the workers. We cannot say enough!
After some early miscommunication, the process of roof, siding, soffit and gutter repair due to a fallen tree was completed competently. A-Team’s management, tradesmen and subcontractors appear professional and ethical. I will consider A-Team for future work.
