I called to arrange a cab pick-up and the operator was EXTREMELY rude to me. I couldn't even get through giving him my address and he was acting very condescending to me. I ended up telling him that I didn't want to do business with someone treating me like that for no reason, and I called Green Cab instead. They were very polite to me, and now I will never be using Union Cab again.
A great group of people and a superior company model with excellent seasoned drivers who know Madison's streets and places! If you want a comfortable but quick and efficient ride, settle for no other.
If more companies were as service orientated as Union Cab in Madison, I would not been as successful in creating my own transportation network. The driver was not only friendly and helpful but also very knowledgeable about current events, local attractions as well as the best places to eat. The cab was a lot cleaner than other cabs I've taken, and didn't smell like body odor, or cigarettes like most of the Uber cars I normally take in other cities. This company and the driver set the bar high with their excellent service standards.
