Fun place to come with friends. Really fun trampolines, climbing wall, dodgeball, and hamster ball. They also have basketball and balance beam. Great workout and a great place to spend an afternoon.
It's a great facility for kids to burn off energy. If you have a birthday party through be vocal about what you want. Our party host kept taking drinks from the room even when the pitchers were a quarter full and people were still eating and drinking. When I went to check out I was told I owed a balance, a very small balance but I had pre-paid for everything. I was under the impression that pre-paid meant everything was already paid for.
Overall great place and will return. Planning to try a birthday party.
Went here for a field trip. Manager nor any employees were here. Get better service please. SkyZone was better :P
They were busy yesterday so there wasn’t a lot of people cleaning up or available at the concessions stand.
Kids did have fun but the customer service was horrible. The "refs" are rude to kids and adults alike. I would never pay the kind of money they charge for such a small time frame and you don't even get the room for more than 45 min. If you go 3 minutes over the manager comes in and yells at the whole party. Even though they got you in the room 10 minutes late. There are many other places to go besides here that is just as fun, cheaper and you will get better customer service. The manager/owner Jim Thorpe is a joke. And throughout this whole ordeal not a single apology from a single person. They just want to argue with you and tell you that you are wrong.
