Isaac has helped me for many years maintain my race bikes, and I have worked with him twice now with his new mobile service. He has always done a great job assessing repairs needed or ways to improve my bikes, and completes effectively at a fair cost. Most importantly, he goes through and gives the bike TLC like it was his own.The mobile service is awesome because he meets where I am and does the repairs immediately! The last repair was on my road bike; fixed the crank and other issues, sold me some great new tires. Totally pimped my ride and I am faster and more comfortable now. Thanks Isaac :)
They shipped a fat bike supposedly "professionally packed" only to have down tube dented & scratched by the hub ends not being properly padded! The plastic circle inserts fell out and my like New bike is no longer a like New bike. Make sure to check their work! (Response - one must assume that side loads will happen when shipping bikes! Box was fine, pad the hub ends! Seller refunded the shipping cost only.)
