And no, I will not email my concerns to the copy and paste reply Green Cab may post to comment, you won't like what I have to say. My concerns often fall on deaf ears therefore voicing my thiughts/concerns is a moot point.
Always had great experiences at a fair price. I generally take longer rides (downtown to west side) and have heard people have bad experience with shorter runs.
You're better off taking the bus or calling an Uber.
Green Cab as always been my go-to when I need transportation but that is going to change. If you put in a time call to be picked up around a certain time, forget it...they are not reliable. I have been made late for work and late for other things several times. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and put trust in their service but more often than not I am let down. The drivers are nice but the reliability just is not there....
Cab takes too long to arrive at pick up location.
I called 30 min in advance to have a cab waiting for my Van Galder bus to arrive at 11pm on a Tuesday night. They told me no problem. I ended up having to wait 20 min in the cold, pouring rain.
They are seriously the worst and most dangerous drivers in Madison. They speed through neighborhoods, cut people off, and carelessly block entrances and stop in no parking zones.
Won't be utilizing Green Can anymore
