Hired by Pella to install a lock in a new door. Did not show up for appointment, called they sent someone out hours later. Installer did not show up with the specified drill they were hired specifically for. Installer proceeded to hack my door up so he didn't have to get the proper tools. Left mess on the floor for me to clean up.
