They have various wines and vinegars and liqueurs available for tasting. Definitely high quality product in this store.
Prices are a little steep. They don't have a wide selection, but what they do have is top notch. Stop by for a taste of whiskey, scotch, or a fine Olive oil. Vom Fass contracts with small batch distillers and makers to source tasty and unique offerings.
The selection of liqueurs here was very impressive, and the ones we tried were all quite nice. However, the employee attending to us was unfriendly and tried to sell us very hard despite us making it clear we were not interested in buying in store at that time (we were just visiting and wanted to buy online later). The products can sell themselves for how good they are, so all we needed was encouragement to buy online. Instead I probably won't be buying anything...
I often walked by this store, too intimidated by it to go inside, but once inside it is warm and friendly! The staff I encountered were so helpful, and everything I sampled was amazing. I found some great Christmas presents and will definitely be back.
Great samples. Friendly staff who are always willing to help even if you are just going in to look. Huge selection of oils and spirits and all are available for sample.
