SO, here's an update.....I just got an email back telling me that they could NOT help me and that I should contact the PUBLIC DEFENDERS" OFFICE. I responded that I appreciated there QUICK REPLY, but that as I stated in my INITIAL contact...I already contacted the PUBLIC DEFENDERS' OFFICE and that was part of my problem.......So lets see what the NEXT update will be.
Do not believe those bad reviews that were probably created by one person who was somehow angry at this firm. There is no way this firm would get a 1 star review.
Thankfully, I chose the right law firm to handle my defense. The team of attorneys at Tracey Wood and Associates were able to convince the DA not to take my case to trial and my charges were ultimately dismissed! I'll never forget how elated and relieved I felt when I got that phone call! Thanks to everyone for your hard work on my behalf!
So, cross your fingers and pray from me.....i just read all the POSITIVE reviews and the repetitious NEGATIVE REVIEW which seems to be from ONE CONSTANT PERSON (at least that's what it looks like), and I have decided to reach out to Tracey Wood to see IF she will take my case. This is hands down the best law firm in Wisconsin. They are extremely helpful, very reassuring of their plan and their abilities, and extremely loyal to their clients. They will exhaust every possible option fighting for your rights. I would recommend this law firm over any other in Wisconsin.

I was a nervous wreck facing DUI, 3rd offense charges. If convicted, I would've paid heavy fines, a lengthy suspension of my drivers license, ignition interlock device, expensive alcahol assessment and subsequent classes and I would've spent time in Dane County Jail.
