Don’t use the Madison location! Worker was sleeping when my husband went in, didn’t wake up until my husband said anything. Told my husband his shirts would be cleaned and ready to pick up the following Monday, two weeks passed, store was locked for days with no signs telling where they were or when they were coming back. Finally, was able to make contact with the person working and said his shirt were NOT done and would be done with in two days. Well, my husband is back there now and now there is a sign at the door saying “be back in 15 minutes”. And my husband has been waiting for and hour with no one there! I called and called and called with NO answer. Absolutely awful costumer service! Do NOT take your business here
