Great gym, a real gym. The staff is awesome, and you'll never find a lack of motivation in the building
If you're looking for a real gym, then Ford's is it. The staff are excellent and membership cost are very reasonable. A very welcoming place for new people as well. I've been going to Ford's for over 10 years, and I'll never go anywhere else. 5 stars, all day.
A real gym. Went there and felt like I was training with the legends.
This place is old, tough, and a bit smelly, and the perfect place to go if you like to work when you work out!
