I had a great appointment at familia dental! Glad they accepted my insurance. I got an appointment scheduled quickly, without any issues. Dental x-rays were done for full evaluation, and my teeth were thoroughly checked and cleaned by the dentist. Friendly and kind staff and dentist! I'd recommend them to anyone!!
Affordable, quality dental work. I did have an hour long wait for the services because the dentist had a patient prior to me who ended up needing more work than initially anticipated. I was informed of the wait time and why, had a TV in my room (dental cubicle) and my phone available. So the time went fast. They did an x-ray and cleaning. I was surprised I had a cleaning but no polishing. However, the staff was friendly and the prices were extremely reasonable! I will be back in 6 months.

So where to start... So i should have known better with how my son's experience went not to go back.... I made an appointment over phone at 2pm for a 5pm appointment... Well i showed up n they didn't know what i was talkin bout but said it was fine so i sat n waited... An hr goes by n still nothing... They then said i would be after someone who was after me.... I called to see why is it you make an appointment n still have to wait because of their mess up... it was already ghetto as it is to walk in and the person at desk has her boyfriend just chilling in waiting area but they can't get the appointments together... someone else walked out due to the long wait as well... I do not recommend going to this place...
Very pleased. Wasn't what I expected at all. I got x-rays taken and my teeth cleaned all within an hour. Staff was very friendly and informative. Clean place. Called yesterday and got an appointment today, next one is tomorrow to get a filling. Very happy I went and will definitely go again. Plus I got a free water bottle :)
We had an amazing 1st experience at Familia Dental! I wasn't expecting to see a play land area for the kids. My kids really enjoyed it and it helped occupy them while we were waiting. The receptionists were such a pleasure to work with! The hygienists did great with my three children as well. I was really surprised how quick we could get in for an appointment. My husband and I are very thankful to have somewhere we can take our children that accepts our insurance. Its been very difficult to find and keep a dentist for them. Thank you!!
