The service I receive varies from "meh" to "great" to "I'm going to sell you every last thing I can because I'll get fired if I don't" based on who is working.

!WARNING! Refuse cars with eToll!
First off, enjoyed my rental experience, but a 5-star experience was reduced to 3 stars because of the eToll box included in the car. At the desk I was given misinformation regarding the pricing system for the eToll box (*please* check the Budget website before you rent, the info there is correct). Even when we "hid" the eToll box inside the shielding unit (so that we could pay cash instead of cashless), the unit registered on the cashier's receiver. In other words, we were FORCED to use the eToll system against our will. Thus, it is my STRONG recommendation that you flat-out refuse any car with a eToll unit unless you are using the eToll for pure convenience.
