Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had. Consistently late from 30 minutes to over 4 hours- no warning, no apologies, even if you're standing in freezing cold weather waiting for the bus. Drivers are rude. The actual ride takes way longer than needed with a long, unnecessary stop for 45 minutes at a gas station. Take BadgerBus if there is any way of avoiding riding Megabus.
- No Curtesy ride if you miss your bus for ANY reason, They just keep your money
This is the stop for the Madison Metro for the Dutch Mill park and ride, not MegaBus directly...
No frills, no cost, seems pretty great to me.
- The Driver was rude, Customer service hung up on me when i asked to speak with a supervisor
- ALL OF THE BUSES SMELL LIKE THEY'VE NEVER BEEN CLEAN

- Seats are too close together
- Reserved seats are EXACTLY THE SAME!!! JUST LEATHER
If this wasn't the ONE and ONLY bus that got me to MY DESTINATION I WOULD SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR THE GREYHOUND OR ANY OTHER TRANSPORTATION!!!!!
