Newly expanded and remodeled with a vast selection, and frankly stunning variety of both quality and appearance, of UW Madison apparel ranging from performance athletic wear to casual to lounge-wear. Also, books, as well as art and drafting supplies, and assorted novelties.
I love the University Book Store. They have lots of badger gear and cute gift items. The priced are a little high, but the items seem to be good quality. There also a Subway sandwich shop downstairs.
The university book store is more than just a book store! They have everything from apparel to water bottles to posters and more. Of course, if you need a textbook for a course, this is the place to go!
Make sure to check online for textbook prices before buying a textbook here. It's often a place where students go for textbooks as well as stationary supplies and various Wisconsin wear. It has some electronics supplies, but the electronics section was moved to its own store (which quickly closed within 2-3 years of it being opened where the now 7-Eleven stands) and thus doesn't have much variety when it comes to electronic needs. If it did still have its own dedicated electronics staff as it once did, I would give it 5 stars.
