I did not have a great experience here. Norman seemed unorganized and I had to repeat basic information multiple times before it was entered accurately. He even asked me to call someone else to find out why I had multiple W-2s, or else I would have to come in another time! The entire time I was sitting there he made rude comments about my income. The appointment took about four hours and ended up being around $700, not at all what I was quoted over the phone, to which he responded with something like, "But I give discounts for people like you."
Shortly afterwards I received a few letters from the IRS saying there were problems. I called the firm back and another accountant had to redo Norman's work.
Family business was given to me and a mess, Norman really helped me straighten everything out. There are other accounting firms in Madison but these guys really take time and do not make you feel rushed. Very pleased with the outcome and service.
